Company Listed 6th in Global Mobile Game Publisher List by App Store and Google Play Revenue in 2019; Featured within Top 10 List for Five Years since 2015

Netmarble announced today that it ranked 6th in App Annie’s ‘Top 52 Publishers in 2020’ category. Candidates are selected based on the sales of the global mobile game market in 2019. According to data released by the mobile app market analysis site, App Annie, Netmarble game sales were 6th in the App Store and Google Play last year, following Tencent, NetEase, Activision Blizzard, Supercell, and Bandai Namco. Netmarble, which placed first in App Annie top 52 publishers in 2015, has consistently been featured within the top 10 publishers in the global mobile game market for five years in a row, including today’s 2019 sales ranking announcement. “The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, The King of Fighters ALLSTAR, KOONGYA Draw Party, BTS World, and more have achieved tremendous results in the global market with differentiated game qualities,” said Seungwon Lee, Co-CEO of Netmarble Corp. “This year we will focus more on strengthening our global competitiveness through various games based on our own brands and global famous IPs like A3: Still Alive, Seven Knights Revolution, Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, and Stone Age M (working title),” said Seungwon Lee. Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, which was released on March 3 in nearly 150 countries, recorded three million global cumulative downloads in one week. In addition, the game is gaining popularity in the global market, including major markets as it ranked 10th in North America’s iOS Sales and 1st in France’s top two markets.
